ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct appropriate enquiry as required under law and to expeditiously dispose of the same upon petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2024, in accordance with law.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is hereby dispensed with.
4. The petitioner submits that the third respondent is using the name of the petitioner, Sangam, to engage in illegal activities. The petitioner has also reported the same to the respondents 1 and 2 on 21.12.2024, requesting them to take action
against the third respondent in accordance with law. Since the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any action so far, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the second respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
