ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.3. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 402 and 399 of IPC, in Crime No.185 of 2007, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has been absconding for more than 10 years. On account of such absconding the PRC proceedings still kept pending. 3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner is however permitted to renew his bail application after the committal proceedings are over. 4.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
