Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5754 of 2022, dated 07.04.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
