PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.244 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/first accused who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 04.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.244 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

prosecution and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 04.04.2022 and he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that totally there are two accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as the first accused and the second accused has not been secured till now and investigation is not completed so far.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation is not yet completed and the second accused has not been secured so far, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
