ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent, the third respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner on 18.03.2026 and after enquiry, it was closed on 20.03.2026 as a civil dispute. He had further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.

3.Recording the same, the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
