..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2013 on merit and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time that may be stipulated by this Court as this Court may deem fit and proper.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to dispose of his representation dated 29.06.2013.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation on 29.06.2013, regarding the mutation of patta in the name of the petitioner. It is also submitted by the petitioner that in a civil proceedings which is ended in her favour in S.A.No.743 of 1992 by a judgment dated 09.09.1996.

3. In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to allow the writ petition by directing the respondent to consider the the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2013 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
