Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Clause 6(2)(3) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w.7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.134 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted the petitioner is working as a sales woman in a Fair Price Shop. During the inspection, it was found that there was a shortage of 154 litres of kerosene. The amount has also been remitted to the concerned treasury. There is no previous case against the petitioner.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
