ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the tenant under the fourth respondent. She preferred a complaint before the third respondent as there was a dispute among them with regard to enhancement of rent. But, under the influence of the fourth respondent, the third respondent harassed the petitioner. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the petitioner gave assurance to vacate the premises, during the enquiry, but she did not vacate the premises so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and closed.

During enquiry both parties have appeared and have agreed to settle the matter amicably. A copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
