This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to hand over the key of the office premise of Madurai Siddha Vaidhya Sangam situated at Door No.6, Travellers Bungalow Road, Madurai - 625 010 to the petitioner and further direct the first respondent to conduct the election of the society with the police police protection. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to hand over the key of the office premises of Madurai Siddha Vaidhya Sangam, situated at Door No.6, Travellers Bungalow Road, Madurai - 625 010, to the petitioner and to direct the first respondent to conduct election of the society with police police protection.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the third respondent to hand over the key of the office premises of Madurai Siddha Vaidhya Sangam to the petitioner that would suffice and further it is submitted that he is not pressing the other prayer made in Writ Petition to give a direction to the first respondent to conduct election of the society with police police protection.

3. The third respondent has filed a counter affidavit and in which it has been stated that the third respondent was not aware of the key of the Sangam and the third respondent had never taken away the key of the said Sangam.

4. In view of the same, I am of the opinion that there is no need to give a specific direction in this Writ Petition. Hence, recording the statement of the third respondent, the Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
