Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and mark four boundaries of the petitioner's land property with an extent of 46 cents situated in Survey No.137/3B Ilanchembur, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, based on the petitioner's application dated 23.03.2022 and subsequent representation dated 11.05.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's property measuring an extent of 40 cents situated in Survey No.137/3B at Ilanchembur, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 followed by his representation dated 11.05.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the aforementioned property and he seeks for survey and demarcation of boundary of his property. He has given an application for the said purpose and he has also followed up with another representation dated 11.05.2022.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered after affording an fair opportunity of hearing including granting them a personal hearing.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 followed by the subsequent representation dated 11.05.2022 seeking for survey and demarcartion of his boundaries pertaining to his property situated at Survey No.137/3B Ilanchembur, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, in the final order the respondents are willing to survey and demarcate the boundaries, the first respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
