ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

2. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to move this Court for the relief. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
