ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.57 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the Panchayat Account within a period of one week. 4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to certain conditions. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees three thousand only) to the Panchayat Account within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukkottai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
