ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to modify one of the condition as to appear before concern court as and when required instead of to appear before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. for the period of 30 days in Cr.M.P.No.2198/2018, dated 01.06.2018 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar.

2.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court and he was directed to appear before the respondent police daily.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final report has since been filed in this case and therefore the condition imposed by the Sessions Court deserves to be modified.
