Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.B2/89/2011 dated 18.02.2010 singed on 18.02.2011 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and to extent for the production of legal heir certificate of the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent No.1 to disburse the petitioner's father's Group Insurance Amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only) with 12% interest from the date of death of petitioner's father.
