Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKUMARAN J, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8975 of 2022 on 11.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner is not able to mobilise the fund of Rs.2,00,000/- as ordered by this Court. Hence, he seeks modification.

3. Considering the economic situation of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit in Crime No.94 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam within a period of two weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6194 of 2022 date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same is ordered to be disbursed to the defacto complainant after getting an undertaking affidavit from the defacto complainant.
