PRAYER :- To modify the second condition imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.18/2021 and 75/2021 by Principal Sessions Judge Court, Tiruchirappalli dated 07/01/2021 from the petitioner/Accused is directed to appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.OO am until further orders to appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 am until further orders from the day when the lock down lifts and Covid-19 Pandemic resumes to normalcy by condoning the delay of six months.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.P.No. 18 of 2021 dated 07.01.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.P.No. 18 of 2021 dated 07.01.2021 with a condition to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that due to death of his close relative he could not comply with the condition. Therefore he has come with this petition before this Court.

3. Condition was imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli taking into consideration the nature of the case, stage of the investigation and other relevant factors. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and file a petition seeking relaxation of condition.
