This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.06.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 26.06.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed as "Civil dispute".
