ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 341 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
