ORDER
The petitioner, aged about 19 years is seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to her and to her husband Parthiban, aged about 21 years, based on the complaint dated 13.06.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The specific case of the petitioner is that the marriage between her and her husband Parthiban was not liked by her father, the fourth respondent herein and therefore he is trying to chase them for the purpose of getting the marriage dissolved.
4.On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a case has been registered under the caption 'woman missing' and the third respondent is investigating the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that the petitioner is very well physically available before this Court and there is no case of missing. Therefore, it is not necessary for the respondent police to search for the petitioner in respect of the complaint preferred by her father.
6.There is an undertaking on the part of the second respondent to look into the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.06.2016 and to take appropriate action.
7.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
