JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(criminal side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16743 of 2017, dated 06.12.2017 and to extend the time for surrender and executing the sureties.

is modified to the extent that the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust Fund, stands deleted. The time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
