This Criminal Original Petition has been filed conduct the investigation in a fair and transferring manner and to file the final report before the competent Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the enquiry has been completed and final report has already been sent to the concerned authority for approval. Hence, he seeks 4 weeks time to file final report.
