ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.330 of 2016 registered against them, on the file of respondent Police, for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC.

2. When this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that investigation has already been completed by the respondent Police in Crime No.330 of 2016 and they have also filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchendur, through e-filing, on 26.04.2025.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds. The respondent Police shall ensure that the final report is taken on file within a stipulated time. It is also the 2/4

responsibility of the trial Court to take the final report, if any filed on 26.04.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
