When the matter came up for hearing on previous occasions, there was no representation for the petitioners and on 28.09.2016 also, there was no representation. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on today under the caption 'for dismissal' with a view to afford further opportunity. Today, though the case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

2.
