(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This Court does not find any public interest in this litigation, inasmuch as there appears to be a private interest between the petitioner and the third respondent. Both of them are plot owners in the same layout. The petitioner has purchased plot https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD) No.10156 of 2022 No.15 in the year 2002 and the third respondent has purchased plot No.16 in the year 2005. Both of them have purchased their respective plots based on the revised layout approval bearing LP(TT) No.23/84. Therefore, we find no merits in this case and hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
