Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 9.7.2020 and further directing the respondent NOS.2 and 3 to make spot investigation in and around the Ooranies situates in Kanadadevi Village Panchayat more particularly in Vachilampu Oorani in Sy.No.112, Kandadevi Group Village and to do the renovation work properly as per the Government order in GO (MS).No.96, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (CGS.1) Department dated 26.7.2019 ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 28.08.2020 &15.10.

2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.R.Balakrishnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.M.Muthugeethaiyan, Special Government Pleader Appearing for the Respondent NOS 1 and 2 and of Mr.D.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have undertaken to comply with the earlier order of this Court, dated 28.08.2020, after the water body dries up. 2.The said undertaking given by the respondents is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.
