ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents herein. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondents herein, enquiry was undertaken and the same were closed on 14.02.2020 by observing that it is a purely civil dispute.

3.During the course of the enquiry, the private respondents given an under taking before the investigating officer that he has no objection to measure the property and transfer the electricity service in their names.
