[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representations dated 20.06.2018 and 29.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders.

2. The petitioner, who is stated to be a resident of Solavanthan Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, has submitted a representation dated 29.06.2018, before the respondents. The said representation, till date, remains unanswered.

3. We have heard Mr.C.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4.

4. Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, informs that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2018 will be considered by the fourth respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame, that may be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the outcome of the representation of the petitioner shall be intimated to him. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
