2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that now the case has been registered in Crime No.319 of 2016 for offences under sections 379,441 and 464 of I.P.C.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
