ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.122 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that the petitioners 1 and 2 herein are having previous cases under Sections 302 IPC. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners 1 and 2. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as far as the petitioners 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In this case, the victim has suffered serious injuries as she has been hit on the head. Therefore, petitioners 3 to 9 undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- jointly to the credit of Crime No.122 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate concerned. The said amount can be withdrawn by the victim towards medical expenses. 5.Subject to the above condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 3 to 9 with certain other conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners 3 to 9 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 3 to 9 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 3 to 9 shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners 3 to 9 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
