This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein preventing the fourth respondent from in any manner harassing the petitioner and his family members, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 02.05.2022.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.9370 of 2022 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that no complaint was lodged by the fourth respondent, as against the petitioner and he was not harassed by the respondent police.

3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.Considering the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.05.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
