This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to make the entries in the revenue records as per the order passed in proceedings No. Muu.Muu. A1/10292/10, by the second respondent and to take action against the persons, who are all involved in the illegal Act of getting fraudulent legal heir certificate and also fraudulent transfer of name in the Patta based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2023 within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that after the demise of the petitioner's husband, the second son of the petitioner / the fifth respondent, with the help of the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar and also with the help of the fourth respondent, created a forged legal heir certificate and 2/5
transferred the ancestral properties of the petitioner's husband in his name. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 27.09.2010 to the first respondent to enquire into the above said fraudulent action. Based on the said representation, the first respondent forwarded the same to the second respondent, who conducted an enquiry. Thereafter, a detailed order was passed by the second respondent cancelling the said patta and directing the third respondent to make necessary entries in the revenue records and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner and her sons and daughters. However, till date, the third respondent has not taken any steps. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2023 would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
