ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.319 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the final report was filed by the respondent police after the completion of the investigation. However, since the same was barred by limitation under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., the final report was rejected by the concerned Court.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
