Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8557 of 2022 on 05.05.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
