This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to not to harass the petitioners and their family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to direct the respondent No.3 to follow the guideline issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in D.K.Basu (1997 1 SCC 416) case in matters pertaining to arrest or interrogation.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9400 of 2022 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that five previous cases are pending as against the petitioner.

3.Considering the above, if any investigation purpose arise, the respondent police shall issue summons and conduct enquiry, in the manner known to law.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
