(Order of this Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This Writ petition has been filed invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2015 and to issue community certificate of Hindu Piranmalai Kallar of Most Backward Class to the petitioner's daughter namely, Sravanya. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the community certificate issued in favour of the petitioner and other supporting materials. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders in issuing community certificate in favour of the petitioner's daughter Sravanya.

5.On the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders according to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
