This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register, the case based on the complaints of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2014 and 12.10.2015.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.10.2015, the Sub Inspector of Police, attached to the 3rd respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.11 of 2016 under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, on 03.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
