*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment made by the sixth respondent, on the basis of her representation dated 20.06.2018.

2. Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, informs that the sixth respondent, who, according to the petitioner, is alleged to be an encroacher, holds patta in respect of the property in question.

3. In view of such submission, this Writ Petition does not survive consideration. Accordingly, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. No costs.
