ORDER
It is an application by the defaco complainant, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi to expedite the trial and dispose of C.C. No.118 of 2010. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that summons have already been served on LWs.1 to 5 and in fact they were present before the Court, on the date on which they were asked to appear.
4.When the trial has already commenced, there may not be any difficult to expeditiously dispose of C.C.No.118 of 2010. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi is directed to dispose of C.C. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
