ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to reinstate the original petitioner into service in terms of the Award of the first respondent Labour Court in I.D.No.98 of 2011. 2.The original writ petitioner was employed as Driver in the second respondent corporation and he was removed from service. Questioning the same, he filed I.D.No.98 of 2011 before the Labour Court, Madurai.

wages and other benefits were denied. The Management did not question the said award passed by the Labour Court. The original writ petitioner was in service from 1985 till 2001. Therefore, the Management is directed to quantify the benefits payable to the legal heirs of the original writ petitioner and disburse the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
