O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue NonTraceable Certificate within a time frame fixed by this Court for the original sale deed dated 10.08.2007 bearing Doc.No.6077/2007 (10 papers) registered at the office of the Joint-4, Kancheepuram Registrar Office, belonging to late R.Ravi S/o.D.A.Raj, which was lost at the residence of Late R.Ravi at NGO colony, Tirunelveli and as in the police complaint registered in CSR No.20/2023, dated 07.01.2023 and the consequent document missing complaint registered in the second respondent police station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that with regard to the issue of non traceable certificate, enquiry is undertaken. Depending upon the enquiry by following the guidelines that is imposed by the Director General of Police, order will be passed. 2/4

3. So far, non recovery of jewel is concerned, no such certificate can be issued, that can be simply rejected. The petitioner is at liberty to prosecute the above said complaint that was given over the missing of jewellery, which was also registered in CSR No.20/2023, dated 07.01.2023.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
