Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry without any criminal case pending on the file of the second respondent herein and also for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action against the Katta Panchayat peoples.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and his

family members and the petitioners were called only for enquiry. He would further submit that the second respondent did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members. 5.If at all the presence of the petitioner and his family members is required, the second respondent is directed to issue summons giving specific date, time and place and to record the statement of them. Excepting by issuing summons, the petitioner and his family members shall not be called to the Police Station. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
