This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life, limp and his property on the basis of the representation, dated 10.08.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.08.2020, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in C.No.G7/1545/2020 and the same is pending. He would further submit that during the time of enquiry if it is found necessary protection will be given to the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
