Accordingly, when the matter is listed today for 'withdrawal', learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
