This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members and not to interfere the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, they have called the petitioner for enquiry, thereafter, main petition itself was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
