This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.4124 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025.

2. Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case. Hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 05.03.2025. Accordingly, he seeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4124 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025. 1/3

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 05.05.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4124 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025.
