Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1982 of 2022, dated 03.02.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners are senior citizen, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on every hearing date regularly without fail.
