ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the first Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.2350 of 2018, dated 24.05.2018, the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant has been enquired into and during enquiry, the petitioner has voluntarily given an undertaking that she will repay the amount on or before 16.06.2018. But, the petitioner neither has repaid the amount as per the undertaking given by her nor turned up for enquiry.

Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear for enquiry, on receipt of summons.

3. In view of the submission, the first respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner for enquiry. On receipt of

summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent for enquiry.

4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with above directions.
