Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent dated 24.02.2012 (settling the staff fixation for the petitioner / school for the year 2011- 2012), quash the same in so far as it renders one post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school as surplus and further direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of A.Vidhya Madona as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school wef the date of her appointment on 15.06.2011 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
