This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner at the time of survey the land considering representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2014 and pass such further or other orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1& 2.
3. No representation for third respondent. Despite the notice having been served, neither the counsel for the third respondent nor the third respondent is appeared before the court both yesterday and even today. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that what is sought for is the direction to the first and second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2014.
4. Considering the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the respondents 1 & 2 to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation dated 21.03.2014, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
