ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complainant dated 23.07.2025 and 13.08.2025 respectively and conclude the enquiry in connection with CSR No. 2025/Jul/23/03189 and CSR No. 2025/Aug/13/03610 dated 23.07.2025 and 13.08.2025 respectively on the file of the first respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an enquiry has been conducted by the District Crime Branch-2, Madurai, which is still pending, however, the petitioner has shown the third respondent, before whom no complaint is pending.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent. 2/4

4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above submissions, on receiving the complaint from the first respondent, the third respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
